WELCOME
“The undoing of aloneness is at the heart of healing.” Diana Fosha

If you need help, I am here. I am committed to helping adults navigate life’s challenges, cultivate emotional resilience, and create lasting change.
In a safe, welcoming and empathic environment I encourage your contact with meaningful felt experience through active accompaniment. When intense feelings arise, I am here to share the load. This also means taking pleasure in your growth and progress.

About me

I am a psychotherapist with a focus on experiential and dynamic approaches. My work is based on helping people connect with their core emotions in the context of a safe and attuned relationship, so that transformation emerges not only through analysis, but through a genuine emotional experience, felt in the here and now.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years immersed in the stories of others, as a researcher in the fields of migration, identity, and urban inequality. I hold a PhD in transnational migration and two master’s degrees in fields of clinical psychology and urban sociology. Across these experiences, I listened closely to the emotional undercurrents of people’s lives: stories of loss and resilience, disconnection and re-rooting, longing and becoming.

This has trained me to be exquisitely sensitive to what’s not said outright, the implicit meanings, bodily cues, and emotional truths that often live beneath words. It also means I’m attuned to how our personal histories are shaped by relational and cultural forces—but always in a way that keeps your felt experience in the foreground.

My therapeutic style is warm, attuned, and emotionally involved. I believe each person's healing path is unique, so I draw on a variety of approaches to respond to the specific needs of the person in front of me. My core orientation is experiential and depth-based, based primarily on Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and inspired by models such as the Internal Family System (IFS) and Coherence Therapy. I also integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, in which I trained earlier in my career, when these support the process. What guides me, always, is what helps the person feel safe, seen, and able to access their inner truth.

If you’re seeking therapy that speaks to your emotional depth and your need to feel deeply seen and met, I’d be glad to connect.
